Marking the brand's inaugural residential presence in the United Arab Emirates, this collection of 165 private homes redefines contemporary resort living within the burgeoning Dubai Harbour. Developed by H&H and owned by Shamal Holding, the project is a testament to collaborative excellence, featuring architectural design by RSHP and refined interiors by Rockwell Group. This collaboration culminates in a distinctive community where minimalist aesthetics meet the serene expanse of Dubai’s shoreline, complemented by amenities designed for connection, personal well-being, and effortless daily life.

Comprising four low-rise pavilion structures, the residences offer a selection of two to four-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1,450 to 3,770 square feet. Each home is conceived with a sophisticated coastal palette, incorporating matte plaster finishes, natural linen drapery, and hand-troweled textures, subtly accented with bronze details. The design ethos prioritizes abundant natural light and seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows framing sweeping vistas of the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. Square M Design’s landscaping integrates indigenous flora, reflecting Dubai Harbour’s broader commitment to modern development in harmony with its coastal environment. RSHP’s architectural vision, as articulated by Director Richard Paul, emphasizes the city's intrinsic connection to the sea, manifesting in contemporary proportions and dynamic interplay of light and open air. Internally, Rockwell Group’s design, led by Partner Shawn Sullivan, extends this precision, crafting spaces that resonate with Dubai's cosmopolitan energy while offering the elemental tranquility of the sea and desert.
